Miss J - Selection 2008

Somewhere in 2008, I was contacted by Miss J. who wanted to pose for my Fine Art Nudes. During our correspondence we found out that she happened to live not far from my studio. This is a selection of 2 drawings from our session.

Ergens in 2008 werd ik gecontacteerd door Miss J, die wel eens wou poseren voor mijn artistieke naakten. Ze ontdekte dat ze toevallig in de omgeving van mijn atelier woonde, wat het voor haar enigszins praktischer maakte wat betreft transport.

This is another drawing I made of Miss E, one fine evening in 2009.

Our session was very stimulating for the artistic process. I even loved the necklace.

Dit is nog een tekening die ik maakte van Miss E, op een fijne avond in 2009.

Onze sessie bracht boeiende artistieke resultaten. Ik was zelfs weg van haar halsketting.

G - Korset - Corset - 2010

My model just happened to carry a corset in her handbag, yesterday when she came to pose for me.

Her esthetic poses presented it in a most charming and fascinating way. Personally I 'm convinced it added to the result.

Mijn model had toevallig een korset bij zich, wanneer ze gisteren voor me kwam poseren.

Haar esthetische poses gecombineerd met het korset maakten het tot een bijzonder charmant en fascinerend geheel.

Naakten in La Hoguette - Nudes in La Hoguette - 2009

In de zomer van 2009 ging mijn lieve vriendin enkele dagen poseren voor een workshop boetseren in La Hoguette (Frankrijk, Nomandië). Ik ging gezellig mee. Het concept van de workshop bestond uit een menselijk figuur te boetseren in was, en dit nadien af te gieten in plaaster. De eerste dagen werden er drie uiteenlopende poses geprobeerd, een rechtopstaande, een zittende en een liggende. In de eerste voormiddagen kon ik meetekenen terwijl de kursisten stonden te boetseren.

In de namiddagen ging ik meestal in de omgeving tekenen.

In the summer of 2009, my girlfriend went to La Hoguette, in Normandy (France) to pose for a sculpting-workshop. I accompanied her. The concept of the workshop was to sculpt a human figure in wax, make a moulle of it and a positive in plaster, to finish it off. The first days they tried three diverse poses, one sitting, one lying, one standing. During the mornings I joined the the sculptors in the barn and made a series of drawings.

In the afternoons I usually went drawing in the neighborhood.
